RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1.Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract (i.e. from the date of your purchase).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below (Document 2), but this is not obligatory. You may send any clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3.Special Conditions for Digital Products

LOSS OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DIGITAL CONTENT

If you have purchased a digital product (workbook, audio series, journal, guide, or other digital download), please note the following:

The right of withdrawal expires before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period if we have begun to execute the contract after you have:

(a) expressly agreed that we may begin the performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period; AND

(b) acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.

At checkout, you will be asked to tick a box confirming both of the above conditions. Once you have downloaded or accessed the digital product, the right of withdrawal is lost.

If you did not confirm immediate delivery at checkout and have not yet accessed the product, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains intact. Please contact us at bakde.madhura@gmail.com to exercise it.

The model withdrawal form is on the next page (Document 2). You are not required to use it — any clear written statement sent to bakde.madhura@gmail.com is sufficient.

1.Widerrufsrecht

mittels einer eindeutigen Erklaerung (z.B. eine E-Mail) ueber Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie koennen dafuer das beigefuegte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung ueber die Ausuebung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

2.Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschliesslich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusaetzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, guenstigste Standardlieferung gewaehlt haben), unverzueglich und spaetestens binnen 14 Tagen ab dem Tag zurueckzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung ueber Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist.

Fuer diese Rueckzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der urspruenglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdruecklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rueckzahlung Entgelte berechnet.

3.Besondere Bedingungen fuer digitale Inhalte

ERLOESCHEN DES WIDERRUFSRECHTS BEI DIGITALEN INHALTEN

Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt bei einem Vertrag zur Lieferung von nicht auf einem koerperlichen Datentraeger befindlichen digitalen Inhalten (Downloads), wenn wir mit der Ausfuehrung des Vertrags begonnen haben, nachdem Sie:

(a) ausdruecklich zugestimmt haben, dass wir mit der Ausfuehrung des Vertrags vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist beginnen; UND

(b) Ihre Kenntnis davon bestaetigt haben, dass Sie durch Ihre Zustimmung mit Beginn der Ausfuehrung des Vertrags Ihr Widerrufsrecht verlieren.

Im Bestellprozess werden Sie gebeten, durch Setzen eines Hakens beide oben genannten Bedingungen zu bestaetigen. Mit dem Download oder dem Zugang zum digitalen Produkt erlischt das Widerrufsrecht.
