Emergent Life Studio creates every product with care, depth, and genuine intention to help the women who use it. We are proud of what we build — and we want you to feel good about what you buy.

Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we operate a considered refund policy that balances your rights as a buyer with the nature of digital goods.

EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS AN EU CONSUMER

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

IMPORTANT: For digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, this right of withdrawal is lost if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once download begins.

At checkout, you will be asked to confirm: 'I agree to the immediate delivery of this digital product and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal upon download.' If you do not provide this confirmation, the 14-day withdrawal period applies.

• Your full name

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

We will process your withdrawal and refund within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Our 7-Day Satisfaction Policy

IF YOU HAVE GENUINELY ENGAGED WITH THE PRODUCT AND IT HAS NOT HELPED

We offer a 7-day satisfaction review for all digital products. This means that if you have genuinely worked through the product within 7 days of purchase and feel that it has not provided value for your personal development journey, we will review your request for a refund.

To request a satisfaction review, please email bakde.madhura@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with:

• Your full name and order number

• Which product you purchased

• Specific feedback on what you engaged with and why it did not meet your needs

We review all requests individually and with care. Approvals are at our discretion based on genuine engagement with the product. We reserve the right to decline requests where:

• The request is made without evidence of engagement with the product

• The request appears to be an attempt to access the product without payment

• More than 7 days have passed since the original purchase date

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• You have changed your mind after downloading and engaging with the product

• You purchased the wrong product and have fully accessed its contents

• You do not have the technical ability to access the product format (PDF, MP3, etc.) — please ensure compatibility before purchasing

• A discount, coupon, or promotional price was applied at checkout

• More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date (outside of statutory EU withdrawal rights)

• You are requesting a refund for a product that was part of a bundle, unless the entire bundle is returned

Defective or Non-Deliverable Products

If you have not received your product due to a technical error, or if your product file is corrupt or inaccessible, please contact us immediately at bakde.madhura@gmail.com. We will either resend the product or issue a full refund within 5 business days.

This applies regardless of the 7-day window and is not subject to discretionary review — it is our obligation as a seller.

Coaching and Consulting Services

For any paid coaching or consulting services (where applicable and separately agreed), cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

Widerrufsrecht

Als Verbraucherin haben Sie das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gruenden diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist betraegt 14 Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsabschlusses.

Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt bei digitalen Inhalten, wenn Emergent Life Studio mit der Ausfuehrung des Vertrags begonnen hat, nachdem Sie ausdruecklich zugestimmt haben, dass mit der Ausfuehrung vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist begonnen wird, und Sie bestaetigt haben, dass Sie Ihr Widerrufsrecht mit Beginn der Ausfuehrung verlieren (gemäss § 356 Abs. 5 BGB).§2

Wenn Sie das Produkt innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach dem Kauf ernsthaft genutzt haben und es Ihnen keinen Mehrwert gebracht hat, pruefen wir Ihre Rueckerstattungsanfrage individuell. Senden Sie uns eine E-Mail mit Ihrer Bestellnummer und konkretem Feedback an bakde.madhura@gmail.com.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs erstatten wir alle von Ihnen geleisteten Zahlungen unverzueglich, spaetestens binnen 14 Tagen ab dem Tag des Eingangs Ihrer Widerrufserlaerung, ueber dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der urspruenglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben.
